In summer

Free lift rides
Use your Almencard to ride for free on the Mühlbach-Meransen cable car all summer long, as well as on the Gitschberg-Nesselbahn cable car and the Jochtal cable car (once a day) from 9 May to 12 July 2024 and from 16 September to 2 November 2024.

Public transport
Almencard holders travel free of charge on all public transport in South Tyrol, i.e. on regional trains, buses, the cable cars to Ritten, Jenesien, Mölten and Vöran, the Ritten tram, the Mendel funicular and the PostBus Switzerland to Müstair (in Switzerland).

Museums
Almencard holders also enjoy free admission to over 52 museums and exhibitions in South Tyrol.

In winter

Public transport
For Almencard holders, public transport is free of charge throughout South Tyrol. This includes regional trains, buses, the Mühlbach-Meransen cable car, the cable cars to Ritten, Jenesien, Mölten and Vöran, the Ritten tram, the Mendel funicular and even the PostAuto Schweiz to Müstair, in Switzerland.

Free shuttle services
You can use your Almencard and museumobil Card to travel free of charge on the Almbus shuttle from Mühlbach to the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alp and the shuttle to the Gitschberg Jochtal ski resort.

Museums
Almencard holders also enjoy free admission to over 52 museums and exhibitions in South Tyrol.

Terms of Use Digital Guest Card

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
